Determine where the logical place for the ceiling fan as determined by electrical placement and exit tube pathway.

Install the unit to the joists.

Expand the single light switch to a dual switch.

Use the original switch to the sink light, the new switch to the fan and secondary light.

Tag off the secondary light power to the new fan.

Install the exit tub from the fan to the exterior.

Install a exterior anti-backdraft damper.

Install the exterior hooded wall vent.

Waterproof seal the exterior vent.
